One of the most important aspects of joining a junior hockey organization is finding a great fit for the player in a host household. As many players pursue their dreams of hockey advancement, they lean on the host family for more than a roof over their head and a warm meal. It’s about providing stability during an exciting time in a young player’s life. The Whitefish Wolverines Junior Hockey Club will ensure a positive experience for every player. We have a great collection of host families who work hard to meet the needs of each player as they make Whitefish their new, temporary home.

The Social Responsibility and Community Service (SRCS) program is the final ingredient in creating model hockey citizens. WWHC players become directly involved with a number of community organizations and charities, and through this incredible program, players get to know the community and the community becomes more familiar with the players and the team. Perhaps of greatest value is that these student-athletes learn and will carry with them the ideals of graciousness and gratitude through their careers and life.
